Park Hill

The home is set on the Park Street hill within the "Little San Fransisco" neighborhood of Birmingham. The challenging site has its only entry from the rear alley, so the design creates an entry courtyard with a bit of formality to provide a sense of arrival. The open living spaces are designed to provide a perched view of the River Rouge valley below.
